LAKEWOOD, CO — WellAge Senior Living has opened The Lodge at Greeley Senior Living to meet the growing need for senior living and care in Northern Colorado. The Lodge at Greeley offers 92 independent living, assisted living and memory care rental apartments and studios in a variety of floorplans for adults 55 and older. Residents began moving into the community in July 2020.
WellAge Senior Living operates several independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in Colorado. WellAge is an affiliate of Vivage Senior Living, which provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, behavioral health, home health, palliative, hospice, and memory care assisted living.
The Lodge at Greeley features a contemporary design with regional artwork and colors, an emphasis on natural light, a welcoming entrance with a two-story fireplace, and unique common living areas within each “neighborhood” of the 70,000-square-foot community.
The project architect and interior designer for The Lodge at Greeley Senior Living was Oz Architecture of Denver. Oz has received many awards for its senior living residence designs. The general contractor was Shaw Construction of Denver.
Community amenities include two dining venues led by an on-site chef offering a bistro café or table service restaurant; concierge, housekeeping and laundry services; wellness and life enrichment services; a sunroom and a greenhouse; scheduled transportation; surface parking, individual garages and storage lockers; a theater/chapel space for community presentations and gatherings; a library; and gardens and courtyards. The community is also pet-friendly. The Lodge at Greeley is also equipped with the latest technologies to keep residents connected, engaged and secure.
